Description:

A classic Rockies route and one of the first big ice faces to be climbed back in the day. Follows a 50 degree snow/ice slope to an obvious weakness in the rockband (5.4, WI 3) right about in the center of the face. Take a few pins and expect to see another party on the route if you're climbing on the weekend. Descend via the AA col or down the Normal route - bearing in mind the normal route can be badly threatened by avalanche.
