Description:

The Thumb has a very striking profile from the NW. This good mountain route follows the NW ridge to the summit. 5 pitches up to 5.6, then much scrambling/simulclimbing to the top. For full value, do it in cold winter conditions.

4 out of 5 stars Ascent Note

Used to ride the tram up, cruise this in five tennies and a chalk bag, ride the tram down. That was back in highschool. Good reason to leave school early for the afternoon.
