V4 seems fair (depending on start)
V3 if you stand start on the actual ramp holds, V4 if you start on the sloper/crimps. Painful rock to climb on (especially the topout).

Solo ascent by:
Maybe a little soft
Probably more like V3, but I'll take the four. Fun moves with a juggy topout. Great frictional properties of the rock your hands stick anywhere. Now need to send Nat's.
