Description:
climbingboulder.com and a corresponding guide book rate this at 5.6, be warned it is not a 5.6 route. Locate a pronounced pillar on the east side of the east face and scramble up to an obvious crack system below the pillars right side. P1- Move up the crack to a good ledge at the base of the pillar. P2- Head up and to the right, up a dying crack, then move left towards the base of a black gully. P3- Climb the gully on the left side to a ledge. P4- Go straight up following the crack to another ledge, from the ledge walk right, then move up and left to a belay stance. P5- Climb right across good quality rock and follow the line of least resistance up the headwall which will deposit you on easier ground and a quick scramble to the top.

Ascent Note
The worst route I have ever done. THIS IS NOT 5.6 and not for the faint at heart. If you like loose rock, moisture, and long bushwacking hikes, this may be your climb. The peak is obscure. If you get injured on this route, you might as well just wait for the vultures to come get you. If you're not leading 5.9. do not attempt this route.
