Description:

A stunning alpinesque ridge romp largely protected with widely spaced bolts but a few cam placements occur as well. Nine to ten 50m pitches. Expect easy climbing in a perfect location. If you are attentive you are guarunteed to watch Peregrine while you climb. Consult the Umpqua Climbing guidebook for a full pitch by pitch breakdown.

5 out of 5 stars Would make most states all time classics

If you have the time as a visitor to Oregon, (or simply find yourself at the casino) you should climb this. Not all Oregon climbers have gotten on this, and that's sad.

Bring a lunch...

4 out of 5 stars Gordy enjoys a fun Perigrine Traverse

Cool grippy rock, with holds everywhere.Oregon scramble climbing, at its finest!Fun chimney for the finish..Didnt need any cams or nuts, although if your not into highball bouldering up a short chimney, you might want a cam or two. Thanks Greg ,for another great route!

4 out of 5 stars Perigrine Traverse

Alpine like climb in an alpine like setting. Really fun except for th ugly chimney on pitch 10. But the ugly chimney is worth doing for the final ridge walk

5 out of 5 stars Fun full day.

Did this one in preparation for a trip to yosemite. This is a very fun route that exercises your route finding skills. Mixed bolts and trad pro.
