Description:
Starts about 20 ft left of Winter's Respite. Climb a face with thin holds and little protection, past a fixed piton (about 20' off the deck), up to a right-facing dihedral. Continue up the dihedral to anchors at the lip of a big ledge. Not an easy beginner lead.

Spicy start
This was a great lead to begin the day with! The start tested my nerves as the holds are thin and the first place for pro is almost 15 feet off the ground. I relaxed a little once I was able to clip the fixed pin, but there's still a fair amount of runout to the next placement. Things get easier once you get into the dihedral. I was proud I was able to onsight this tough 5.7!
