Leave corner via chimney cracks and keep right through loose 60' and bend left to slot chimney. Last move crux across slot to 4th class and anchor at balanced boulder. 4th class to top of buttress and cross to the Boott Spur Trail near the top of Boott Spur.

Descent Options:

4 out of 5 stars Rope-solo Adventure climbing

Bushwhack via Hillmans Highway 1.5 hrs from Hermit Lake. Done in 5 pitches, but the first two (30m & 28m) could have been combined as only the starting moves were 5th class. Pitch 3 and above all 5th class. 3rd, 4th and 5th pitches very entertaining!
