The first clip was quite high but pretty decent holds the whole way up.

The route it self is fun and a good first 5.10a lead, but the rock to either side of the route is junky. I pulled off a 4ft long flake on my way down.

Nice!
Really fun climb. I thought the rock was plenty solid and was never concerned about ripping holds off. The rock was really grippy, even in 90 degree heat.

Both Watts' 91 book and the addendum say this route has "bad rock," but this is no longer true. I have lead this twice now - beginning of spring and middle of summer - with not so much as a pebble falling. It is well-bolted, pumpy, and super fun.

Pumpy
Pumpy for what I thought was a 5.8. Good climbing though. Watch for loose rock - I don't think this one has been done much.
