We did this as a warmup for Zoo View. We'd done it once before last year. Charlie led again this time.

It's a nice, long single pitch trad route. I find some of the moves awkward. It's definitely a solid 5.7, but it's not ridiculously hard for the grade.

The last part of the route is a traverse over to the rap achors atop Quaker State. Most people rap from there. On the rare occasions when others aren't waiting in the amphitheater for the route or the rap anchor, you can toprope Quaker state when you're done. Be considerate though. Don't do this if others are waiting. This route is one of the very few rap anchors on that end of Moore's, so it's usually a bottleneck.

Leading this is of my goals for this year's (2004) Moore's Wall climbing season.

This is an outstanding route, very well protected. The rap point is right at the end of the traverse.
