Nice warmup !
Nice route to warmup. The anchor at the top is very comfortable. You can sit and do your repelling.
It's a good route to initiate a friend to rock climbing. Top rope is easy to set.

The crux is made harder if you are lured to the ledge on the right. Don't go there.
