I love Crawdad Canyon, This is where I bring friends and my kids as there is something for everyone.

Hard to tell which climb I led as according to the guide pamphlet there was another 7 (Subject to change) and an 8 (Don't try this at Home) between this and a 5.4 (new horizons) but I didn't see enough bolts sets to add up to the correct number of lines. I ended up going up the arete then trying the face to the left which I suspect was Spit Shine.

Like most of the routes in this climbing area, WELL PROTECTED. Lots of bolts (a nice change from the North Carolina "sport" bolting I'm used to). Also, almost every route I was on had shiny new high quality bolts.

I'ts OK but Subject to change a 5.7 to the right was more fun. Do both.
