Quite enjoyable trad route. Nice mixture of cracks. Liked the long horizontal/left-and-up slanting crack.

enjoyable TR since I don't climb trad. hardest part was making the transition over the bulge (bottom crack to roof).

Great hard 8. Pumpy under the traverse roof. Committing move over the small roof.

I came into my own as a climber on this route. We came in from out of state for Deer Leap and were not disappointed. We're coming back - as trad climbers next time!

The crack traverse takes gear well. Above the bulge, however, takes only a cam and a couple of stoppers.
