It's usually been early morning and freezing on the start of this climb, but it was warm today and ran right up it. Placed a .4 about 10' up, starting from just next to the tree at the bottom. Traversed right under the crack, placed a #1 in the crack and the 2 bolts up higher. Great warm-up route.

Nice day, nice climb, very crowded.

Ran up this first thing to access Gift Certificate for some friends. Good climb. Still enjoy it more than Bear Cub

This really is a great warm-up route. I found that starting left, just to the right of the pine tree, and up about 15' (6' right) there was a decent .4 cam placement, then a bomber #1 placement in the flake. While it doesnt look the greatest, the hole up left above the flake does have a positive jug there. Staying far right at the top felt steep for the grade, but definitely added to the enjoyment.

Noticed 2 starting variations. One had an obvious horizontal that looked like folks had put pro in that might be useless to protect anything at head level. There were no feet there so I started a little left of that towards the tree. Enjoyed the crux move above the flake and thought the top out was a little steeper than I expected.

the start of this climb is very tricky. not much pro down low. but overall i think it is a better climb than bear cub. i feel like it is harder than the cub as well.

Easier start at left edge of ledge and up and right. Mediocre gear until you hit the diagonal crack, and then two bolts from there. Harder direct start will make ~5.9 moves right off the blocky ground.
