3 star climb, holds are solid. The fourth bolt causes a lot of drag on the rope. May want to use long sling.

EASY WAY UP
Headwall Route is a good place to take newbies as you can top rope it with a CL 3/4 climb up the far east face. You can also top rope Rappel Gully and others from the same place.
This route is not extremely well protected but it's very easy so it doesn't matter too much. It slick from years of climbing and water running over it. Pretty easy spot to use to get up to the Monk if you don't want to just do the 3rd class.
