many techniques required for this one. Before a climbing trip in the boonies, Broemel used to ask- "Did you bring your gun?" If you answered "Yes", then it was "Did you bring your back-up gun"?

Nice sustained climb, though not as aesthetic as the neighboring lines like RJ Gold and Bill's Route. Awkward moves in the lower section can wear you out quickly; take advantage of rest stances when you can.

4 out of 5 stars Best moderate route on the formation

If you like crack climbing this one is better than RJ Gold and Bill's route. Mandatory handjams and fingerlocks all on bomber and abundant gear make this climb an excellent choice. Has a good headwall finish similar to Bill's route.
