`
Left harness/belay device in my trunk back at Denny's house, so it was webbing & munters today. Led final chimney pitch & scrambled up to take in the view.

My first (guided) multi pitch climb!!!!!!!!
Well, I am pretty sure this is the way an experienced climber named Dennis (dennyg) took me up with assistance from another very solid climber, Kyle. They did the lead trad climbing and setting up of the anchors. Then, they had me climb up each pitch on top rope. We did a total of 6 pitches. It was very exciting and even a little intense for me as a beginner. When I am at home on my lap top I will definitely post some more pictures. I apologize if I used any climbing terms incorrectly. I am definitely still learning and really need to start reading more of my Freedom of the HIlls book!! Even though Kyle and Dennis were doing Trad climbing I will put top rope since that is how I got to do it. I got to chill at the summit, check out the view and then was encouraged to rappell to avoid the long hike down. At that point I had just gotten a little scared after a couple of minor "incidents" let's call them and didn't really feel like having anymore of an "adventure" but I'm glad I did it. I am not sure how many feet I rappelled down but would like to know. I will definitely talk to cadevarchris I know him from "The Big Experiment" I had wanted to come to but didn't end up making it......
