It's an exercise in small movements. Nice climb

Thoughtful moves - keep yourself collected through the crux. In your face right off the ground, then a good rest before the crux. Tried on TR years ago and was as good as I remembered it.

... Quite distinct and strenuous. Pretty sure I did it wrong. Did p1 only.

Classic stemming but not very sustained. Fun pitch.

I wasn't even aware of the second pitch, just climbed the first. I thought the real crux was low down, before the dihedral, with strenuous gear placements. Very fun moves all the way up, with a great rest in the middle. Too bad that pitch isn't longer! It seemed easier than what I would expect from 10d. A friendly 10c, perhaps.

The second pitch has fantastic exposure and, if I remember correctly, less than ideal protection.

Only claiming the first pitch, I bailed on 5.10 pg/r climbing above through an imposing roof. Stemming in the corner is great but soft for the grade - Simple Suff is on you much for and for a lot longer. Previously toproped p. 1 in 2005

Haven't been back on this one since a big fall onto a #6 steel nut in the corner. Went up and sent it afterwards but kept me from leading it again. This climb is a classic

TR P1 hang dog'd the crux but made it to the top after some moaning and creeping. It's grueling like winter should be.
