Good route. Might be a good first gear lead

Good route for learning the art of placing gear, little thin on feet at the early placements. Crack is a consistent hand jam the entire route.

1st trip to Smith

I don't recall if this is the crack on the left or the right - done both, this time we did the one on the right.

The start is interesting... the rest is classic crack climbing and stemming. If you want to protect the final moves to the anchor, bring some big gear - the crack widens up a lot near the top.

Dave lead the better of the two cracks

We only had nuts and it took almost all of a double 8-13 stopper set. the loose flake at the top is gone now thanks to me.

Again not a standout line but not bad either. Do it on just nuts to up the fun factor.

Nice corner crack with lots of footholds for stemming. Takes mostly nuts with a couple of small cams.
