I finished the first pitch after my partner lowered from the fifth bolt. Beautiful climbing, I must admit, but the stretch between bolt 5 and 6 made me question my sanity. I guess I proved my ability to face a big (50'?) whipper, but I'd feel better if I didn't have to... We timidly finished on the second pitch of My Laundry.

Wow, the first time I climbed this route was way back when with John Garrison and we did the My Laundry finish. Subsequently I went back and did the real Solid Gold finish and I'll never do that again. ;-). Just kidding, but that second pitch is runout awkward and a weeeee bit scary. My Advice to the faint of heart. Don't fall.
