AMAZING JAMMING!! The jams could not possibly be more perfect. Beta spoiler: you only need #2's and 3's the whole way. And don't let the dihedral nature of this route fool you, it is straight in splitter crack technique that will get you up this thing.

great route, the bottom was pretty strenous

great corner crack. takes #2 and #3 camalots all the way. wasn't very dirty, just a few leaves.

As good as Hackberry IMO. Did not find it to be very dirty. A bit physical down low with great hand jams all the way to the top. The guide book says to traverse right to an anchor, but that is not necessary. There is now an anchor on the left wall at the top of the crack. Be sure to pull the rope to the left to keep it from getting stuck in the crack when you finish.

This thing killed me I didn't have good enough jams yet...

If this crack were cleaner, I think it would be as popular as Hackberry Crack. Enjoy very good jams in a diehedral. It is a bit dirty.
