The first time I tried to top this one out, I didn't really know how to top out well. I couldn't find any good holds back from the lip (I topped out by just keeping climbing, not using any top out technique), my feet cut off when my elbows were at the lip. In an attempt to save myself from the fall, I frantically tried to hang on, which, after I fell, left me with foot long scratches all along my forearms. Then I did it.
