Im not too fond of chimneys but the move up into the chimney is great, the rest, meh

cleaned leinosaurs crap... yea err. a helmet is a nice thing to use.

should have read terry's description again - I didn't realize I could keep goin' up & stick w/ the crack - good reason to go do it again!

Really want to lead this route now. It was like nothing i have encountered yet and was realy fricken fun. Watch out for the birds nesting inside. Got the Redpoint 4/15/06.

This was one of my first and favorite FA's. I think this was around 1994 some time, it was cool weather I remeber. First time to drill a bolt (by hand) and on the lead. This started a love afair with dark tight places and unclimbed rock.
I took so long to drill the bolt I went through 3 belayers and my feet were blocks from standing in the same stance. I have done the climb many times since and it is always interesting, I always have to think about the body jam to get into the chimney. after that it is just fun. I'd call it 5.8, I saw it listed as 5.10 somewhere. Thats crazy. Gear is trucker, you shouldent die on this one.

Also the name is really "Kingfish Caravan"
