Just looking at the thing scares me, complete flat roof. I think some holds were broken on this one making it very hard if i remember, been awhile since i climbed it, just thought i would add it to the acent list. Also make sure you get the 3rd clip good under the roof, i took a bad whipper from that bolt while clipping.
