fun climb on the way home after a great weekend

climbed it in the dark. awesome.

First clkimb w/ my new shoes, which were a little too loose. 3 times I had to unpry my right shoe. [:(]

Too bad this is not a lot longer. Some good moves in a short section. Enjoyed it and the downclimb.

The trail of blood up the crack seems to say that someone found it harder than a 5.4

to a Joshua Tree trip. Makes a perfect last climb. Not such a good idea at dusk, the climb is fine but the downclimb isn't as fun in the dark.

Great first Trad lead for someone.

There was a freak snow shower for about 20 minutes as I was going up it, and there was water running down the back of the crack and the face. Made it that much more fun.
