Ascent Notes for: Endless Bliss - 5.10a Average Rating : 3.80/5

I'm not a big fan of slabs, but this was a pretty fun climb. If you are not typically a slab climber, be prepared for some burning calves and cramping toes. The second pitch is slightly shorter than the first but has about half the number of bolts that the first pitch has. The chisled handholds are an added amusement.

A fun route...not too difficult, but enough to make you think at a couple stops along the way. I agree with the alternate rating of 5.9 though. The 5.9 just to the left of it is harder.

The guidebook rates this a 5.10a, but it is actually closer to a soft 5.9, and that only in a couple spots. Ladybug and I swung leads. She got the better deal. All the meat is in the first pitch. The second pitch is much shorter and something around 5.7.

Good slab climb, but do the 2 pitch route to it's left too.

Fun low angle face climb, not really a slab. VERY well protected, more like 5.8+.
