Ascent Notes for: One hand clapping - 5.9 popular Average Rating : 4.50/5

Climbed the first and third pitch, Caleb led the 5.9 middle pitch. Took one rest above the entrance into the Chimney, led the rest cleanly. Two words for the descent: dark and bushy.

I tried leading this and got hung up on the crux of the first pitch, moving over into the leaning double cracks. Lowered and followed my partner. Humbling off day.

This route is awesome! Double crack system to a bolt belay. straight up the hand crack to a dihedral roof. take this left. sketch moves out over the lip to lizard ledge. Multiple exit routes.

yeah, oh, and my dad was the belayer for the first ascent of the first pitch, so that was kind of cool.

great climb, good view always fun.
