Great climbing and lots of protection. Thought it was less heady than Bill's, but I like slab. Probably one the best 5.9 I have been on yet.

So good! Bring a number 4 for opening moves, then small to medium gear the rest of the way. Nice, sustained route for 5.9

Varied and sustained climbing with abundant gear. Thin crack, pumpy bulge, smearing face - this one's got it all.

Fun climbing throughout, and you can really sew this one up!

This is a great route on beautiful rock with nice exposure. Plentiful gear most of the way, and the bolt that protects the crux takes some of the worry out of a possible fall. Don't miss this Sunset classic!

First off this is an excellent route. The pro at the crux (#9 nut) has ledge fall potential so I have to give it PG-13. Secondly the Dixie Craggers Atlas draws a line through a 2 inch deep lichen field for the route direction! Step left after exiting the wide crack and move up CLEAN rock to the bolt.
