4 out of 5 stars pretty fun

Right when I got to the crux 10c section, we started hearing thunder . . .

Thought this was kind of a lame route. Lots of easy climbing with a few very short (and sometimes wierd) cruxes. I'll take a straight in 10+ crack over this climb EVERY TIME!

What an amazing route. I had to top-rope aid the 10.c finger crux...first time aiding so it was actually kinda fun.

A truly amazing crack system. This climb ascends the obvious series of fissures that split the NW face of Lembert Dome. The first pitch if solid 5.9, with some thin sections above the gear to make the leader think. The second pitch goes up a wonderful 5.8 finger crack and a 10.a lieback.....I hung on the latter for a little while, collecting my energy. After that the fire really turns on with 15 or 20 feet of tiny 10.c finger locks on a vertical face.... I will admit that my blue Alien helped me climb this section....the last pitch tops out on a 5.9 mantle and unprotected face. A classic. I can't wait till I can lead it!
