after false starts, got it done
That concave foot section is slick when it's humid. Start then becomes a suckfest. The slab after also not so great. Why did I spend so much time here?

sweaty!
low crux varies by height. took some tries to get it right. the rest halfway up makes the pump crux a cinch.

one hung it, not counting failed attempts at lift off
start is super hard, earning a c instead of b from this short climber. pumps you out for the sustained fun that follows.

fun and super exposed
Cleared it on lead after watching a few pals get on it. The top third is definitely mucho exposed compared to most of Rumney. The edge of the arete offers the best holds but you're not so willing to get very close and risk the barn door around that corner! Grade seems fair, despite the arguments made below by other commenters.
I pulled a few small flakes off while climbing, watch out for that.

better than under!
I liked this a lot more than underdog. jug haul to first crux and then a sheer technique/willpower move to get through it. the finishing slopers are a nice touch to maintain the grade and keep you honest.

first Gunks climb
My first time at Gunks, first climb, first rappel. Followed Noah.
Short, tough traverse followed by interesting overhang section on second pitch.

yes, have some
Followed Flan. a fun route to get on. no real exposure, nothing too tricky, just good and steady. We skipped the second pitch.
