Almost flash!
After warming up on an 11a, I was nearly able to flash this fun route. But I fell once, then completed it. Next time, I'll redpoint it.

Not enough route practice!
When I went to Hayama, I'd been way from route climbing for a while...and trying to warm up on this 11a was rough for me. I couldn't redpoint it, though I feel certain I will be able to the next time I go.

It's slabby, and so a bit scary...you get the feeling that if you fall, you'll rub your face along the rock as you go down. Still, fun.

Not sure, but this route may have gotten its name from the remains of a dynamite drilling hole (this place is the remains of an old quarry). In any case, it's a fun route, good to warm up on.
