3 out of 5 stars Climbed this thinking it was a 5.7...

This route is about 60' long. It cannot be top-roped. It only has five bolts, and there is a 15-20' run-out through some 5.4 climbing in the middle. 3-4" gear recommended. After your next clip, you have to high-step or heel-hook up over a ledge, where there is often a bird nest. This move, along with the bouldery start, are what earn it a 5.10a rating. The anchor is in a position where you can easily rest and enjoy the view.

3 out of 5 stars Definitely bring your pro!

I did this with only draws, which really does make it a hairy climb. There are five bolts in about 70' of climbing, so you do the math. The crux comes in the corner, pulling up over the lip, which is protected by a nut that is wedged in a crack and aint goin' nowhere. I'm not sure you could even get your own gear in there. After this, the climbing becomes 5.4ish, but you either have to climb over a tree, or take a precarious, unprotected step to the right across onto the face that has the anchors. The lower climbing is pretty fun, clean, and fairly well-protected

4 out of 5 stars Fun, great, unique... but there are much better

This route really is a lot of fun. Though huecos are pretty numerous throughout the park, nowhere are they so large and concentrated as on this one route. It makes for some really different, interesting climbing. But the novelty wears off pretty fast. Morning Glory is a popular wall for obvious reasons, and I'm glad that the crowds concentrate there, leaving the rest of the park free to explore. Be careful though... you can get really cooked and dehydrated waiting to get on it.

3 out of 5 stars Much like its neighbors

Slightly more numerous and positive holds than Tin Tangle, but fewer than Alpha Centauri. Otherwise, very much the same.

4 out of 5 stars The Best Not-Quite-5.9

There is one move 3/4 of the way to the top that can catch you off-guard. This is probably the spot where the pro is recommended. Feels more like a solid 5.9 move.
