5 out of 5 stars Amazing Route

This was my second trad lead and man was it amazing. The route has great rock and the layback crux is rediculously fun. That first belay is REALLY tight with two people. A great climb i hope to repeat again in the future.

4 out of 5 stars Sick route

This route has some great moves and those flakes are awesome. Some were a little loose but as long as you remember your mantra of pull down not out you won't have to worry about it. The anchor bolts are WAY left of where I thought they were so if you can't find them look over there. They are right above petes corner (they share anchors) to your left side.

4 out of 5 stars Furry critters

There are some cool potholes that there are animals living in, or at least evidence. I tried to say hi but they wern't home at the time. Overall a fun route, you can use the corner quite a bit but don't forget the face, it really helps. Also its kinda run out from the last bolt to the anchors. The climbing gets easier above the bolt but it really felt long to me. One word to the belayers, clip yourself onto the first bolt and belay from there, otherwise your just balancing on the slab, and while that isn't hard its not worth the extra effort when you can just lean back and relax.

4 out of 5 stars Fun and different route

This is to my knowledge the only route at RRC that isn't bolted (I could be wrong though) And it is awesome because of that. The arching crack provides great holds, and with the slab underneath makes for good climbing. The fact it has a bolted repel just makes it more fun to do over again. Awesome route.

4 out of 5 stars Great Climb

This is one of my favorite climbs at RRC. It has good friction moves, and the corner at the top really adds some variety to the otherwise all friction climbs in RRC. Great route! Last time I climbed it though the first bolt's hanger was spinning, the bolt was still good but someone who knows what they are doing should get a wrench and just tighten the hanger down.

3 out of 5 stars not as hard as you might think

Not a bad route, really smeary start to walking then a good headwall at the top. Newer guidebooks rated it a 5.9+. Routes at RRC are still changing since they were made and ratings vary according to how many stupid people climb the routes after it rains. A good route overall though if not a 5.10.

3 out of 5 stars beginners paradise

I take everyone who hasn't climbed before up this route. Its got a few challenging moves at the top and bottom. The rest is just a ramp system. Great for beginners, but beware getting on this route can be challenging due to heavy traffic for the low grade.

4 out of 5 stars Great balance crux

This route has one of my favorite unique cruxes for a 5.9. At least the way I climb it. Stand on the dyke that slants up to the left and walk up it with no hands. It is quite fun if unsettling. Above that though the route is just a scramble with a few moves. Enjoy the route though.
