this is my warm up run. I like to top rope it with an ascender and run laps until the sweat flows. I've gone up it in 14 seconds.

climb it strict and you end up doing a strange twist to make the first couple moves work. great for passive gear.

keep your hands low and your left foot can make the smears without slipping. Used to love this run, but now it lost the top 8 feet and kinda peters out before getting very far

climbed it as face only for the bottom, then used left and right edges to finish. footwork needs to be good, or smears will slide.
