First Yosemite lead!

Nice short and easy route, with a jamming crux at the bottom to a great big lie-back flake that protects well with a couple of 2.5-3.5" cams. To make this route even better climb bay tree crack above which is a much better climb and protects with all passive gear!

If you climb oak tree flake, this linkup is a must! Great 5.6 finger crack with great pro. Short but sweet!

Great warmup

Great intro to Yosemite multi-pitch climbing! Found the descent trail much easier than everyone, even in pouring rain. Bonus: caught a baby mountain king snake on th way down as well!

Good stuff!

Led pitches 1,3,& 5. Great climbing with a fun little crux on pitch one. My partner led the 5.8 roof variation on pitch 6, which I would highly recommend!
