I've climbed this through all seasons. It's best Summer and Fall, because if it raining or has been, it seeps badly. A great place to beat the heat though. Hard to see the hold and bolts at times due to darkness, but in the afternoon the sun will shine in from the west side exit.

Super steep, super bouldery, and a couple of hidden/sharp pockets. Clip the first bolt from the boulder before setting off on the double undercling start.....hint...hint. Short and sweet. Great warmup for the Main Wall.

Like the author said, dirty. I've been climbing it for years now and the beginning is either moist and muddy in the wet season, or gritty and dusty after it dries. Love that crux though.

This has been a fun route to watch the kids learn how to climb and learn to lead. My thanks to the FA party. Good eye, I'm sure it was a chore to clean. Is that the reason for the name, Baby Food. Green Munge and brown mud. Thankfully it's clean and dry now.

3 out of 5 stars Nice beginner route

Some loose holds. As a matter a fact, I broke a large plate sized hold the next year, 2013 at the first bolt, sending me onto that terribly sharp talus below. Cuts, bumps and a hairline fractured heel. Watch the rock that looks like glued on cement ; ). Luckily, it didn't affect the routes grade. It is however a little more clean.

I think I did this route. A few bolts passing a large hole to a wide seam with side pulls, to a rail...mantle up and clip the chains. Pretty fun!
