Hand jams all the way up. Will take as many 0.75 C4s as you can carry (I only brought 1). Worth the walk. Very aesthetic line. Perfect rock. Can rap on 1 60m rope.

Good times
Really fun climb. Did it late in the afternoon. I led pitches 2, 4, 5, and 7. Good pro where you need it. Sometimes runout on really easy sections. The 5.8 cruxes are all really well protected. Some small cams are useful but not necessary. The move into the upper crack on the 4th pitch is classic. This climb is a classic, I woulre recommend it to anyone. Wish the highway wasn't right there, although it makes for easy access. Finding access to base of trail is trickier than I expected.

Better than it looks
Not toally sure I was on route, but super fun moves lower down. Moving through the bulge was weird. The big ledge felt really slippery. A few chockstones to sling lower down. I thought it seemed harder than a 5.4 (for what its worth).

Takes solid gear. Not as tricky through the roof as it looks. Lots of exposure when above the roof. Feels harder than it is.

A bit dirty. Lots of stuff growing out of the rock. The slick pink rock is kind of cool. I tried to go striaght over the leaning block at first. Much easier to trend around it. McLean's says 5.6. Wouldn't do it again.
