0 out of 5 stars Ascent Note

essentially a one move wonder with a bunch of different variations to do the roof depending on what you are comfortable with.

The gear is there where you need it. and the crux is easy to protect.

the first pitch is thin gear, HB offsets are great, second pitch is something out of a gym. be careful with the movs right off the deck since it can be pumpy, two old pins protect the initial moves so you might want some screamer. First pitch is a bit run out after the first 20 feet or so.

nice 5.9 with pretty good gear and a low crux, the crux is hanging out to place gear at the 5.9 move

thin face climbing. the roof off the Gt ledge is nice and fun. be aware of the route since if you get off route you cna be screwed. there are several different ways to do "the move"
