This is a nice route, there is a section where it becomes a fairly thin crack that I may have cheated on a bit, I took more of a face move on that part.

This is a nice short climb that we did while waiting for Long John Wall to be available.

This climb is awesome! It covers a great variety of terrain, just fun overall. I lead the first, third, and fifth pitches, the easier ones. Mike lead the two 5.8s. I hate to list this as a hangdog, but I did take a fall on my first attempt to get over the small roof on the second pitch. We had a great time on this climb.

I have made other attempts to get on this popular route that always seems to be busy. I can see why, it is a great route. I led the first and third pitches. Mike led the middle pitch. We took the Empor finish, which looked more exciting. We ended up climbing Empor immediately afterward, and did the finish for North Face Center.

This is a great climb. I will have to do it again as my forearms got pumped and I fell at one of the last moves of the 4th pitch. I was following Mike Dano who redpointed the route. I highly recommend the climb. The 4th pitch is a great sustained, but not too difficult crack. The 5th pitch is breathtaking when you first see past the arete at lots of exposure and out the valley to Denver.

I thoroughly enjoyed this route. I followed Mike Dano, who lead the Reggae pitch after I lead the Calypso pitch. The crux of Reggae was a challenge for me, but I made it.

It burns me to have to list this as hang dog, but I did have a slight fall at the top of the first pitch when I tried to use only the left finger crack. Then I did it with both and flew right up it. The rest of the route I free climbed. What an incredible route! The crack on the third pitch is just awesome!

Basic quick friction climb. Good introduction to the texture of the rock at Vedauwoo. I enjoyed the climb.

We top roped this climb only because the rope we had already set for Southwest Friction worked for Kim as well. I would like to do it again on lead, but it is a simple short route. A nice crack, but over too quick.

This is an awesome climb! I struggled at the crux, which is a roof, but afterwards found out that it would have been easier to work it from the right side rather than the left like I did. The crack is a blast, and overall the climb was especially satisfying. I gained a lot of confidence in my crack leading ability on this climb. Protection was easy to place the whole way. I ended up using mostly SLCDs. We didn't start until about 5:45 PM and ended up finishing the rappel down in the dark. I had my headlamp though, so it wasn't a problem.
