It's all about the crux
Aside from the crux of the route (which is a awkward V shaped crimp below the overhang), this route isn't too difficult. I tried the 5.9 variation and going straight up.
Very fun climb with an easy set-up and great view from the top. Definitely looks impressive to watch someone climb, as the wall looks very sheer from the ground.

Just go for it.
Not sure if there is a better place to set up a top rope, but I give the route a PG13 rating just because you have to climb part way down the cliff to get to a tree where the rope won't rub too much against the rock as you climb. Also, if you fall too early in the route, be prepared to pendulum to the right.
Very fun route that I am likely to go back and try several more times. Fell several times about half way up (what I would consider the crux) and restarted before just dyno-ing past the troublesome area.
My advice...don't wear yourself out in the first half of the route. Just go for it and make bold moves. There are 2 great places to rest and stretch your fingers about 2/3 of the way up.
