I thought this was harder than 5.3. The last chimney pitch is great fun!

So fun!! Sometimes the pro is a little funky. The pools below the climb make it slightly difficult to keep your ropes dry coming off the route. On the 4th pitch, rap from the lower chains off to the right with a single line.

THIS ROUTE RULES!! Well.. at least the 3rd pitch - the first 2 pitches are kinda so-so, but the 3rd definitely makes for any doubters.

Only potential "crux" were a couple of run out spots since I didn't have big enough gear :)

incredible route!! i would definitely recommend this route to anyone who is looking for an easier to moderate beginning trad lead.

I'd say the crux for me was up near the top of the route (last pitch) I was experiencing a ton of rope drag on some run-out slabby stuff. Pushed through and had great protection past the slab.
