Empathy Ascent
Still not totally clear how this route is supposed to go. All the guides that I've seens say to go follow the bolts (obviously) but how far the right and how far to the left are off? The further right you are, the easier it is. I stayed just right of the bolts and I'd give it a 5.10b.

Varnishing Point Ascent
Lead Both Pitches. First trad lead where I have felt a sense of accomplishment due to sustained style (finally something other than short one move routes). Took the arete side. Lots of fun. Coming out of the roof section was exciting. Sandy upper crack. Scary times were had for mr_fantastic.

Once you get out above the treeline, this route feels nice and exposed. Plenty of length, too.

For some reason I could never get myself to go straight up over the second bolt, only the 5.7 variation. Also, if you try to do this route shortly after a rain, you will end up leaving gear :(

Poison Oak Crack
One of my first onsite trad climbs :-) Lots of fun and no poison oak to be seen. A fun, if more difficult variation off the same anchors is to climb the face directly to the right of the crack without using the crack (goes at about 5.9-ish). Good times.
