Not sure why it suggests TCUs...scramble up the boulder and you should be able to clip the first bolt from the ground.

As my partner said, if the hold you are on doesn't feel awesome, then you're on the wrong hold. Its jugs all the way to the top. There is still some potential for hold breakage just before the anchors, but otherwise solid.

I would say V1, followed by a rest, then a V3 finish. Clips are all easy. You get dynamic above the last bolt, but falls there are super clean. A bit soft for the grade, even more so if you're used to steep climbing.
