Nice report and good job learning from your mistakes and not giving up.

Now you need to come to Potrero Chico and enjoy climbing big walls with a single rope and a dozen draws.

Congratulations, and thanks for a great read. There seems to be a really fine balance between bringing enough to deal with the unexpected and bringing so much that you're significantly impacting your odds of finishing the route.
