Just wondering if some simple coding would take care of this, if so I reckon it's worth doing.
When searching for a PM it's generally easiest to look by who it's from - unfortunitely this takes endless searching through page numbers. Any chance there could be some coding thrown in that makes it so when you are viewing by "from" or whatever you can just click on the first letter of the "from" column?
Did that make sense?

You can sort by "from" of course. Adding the ability to "jump" to a letter is not trivial however.
