The summit of Mt. Louis is slightly larger than a table-top and bears this cross placed by the Calgary Mountain Club in the 1950's. This, combined with the Dolomite-style "true" summit, makes for a rather effective lightning rod. Brad Cooke (2003). Brad Cooke Collection.
