Seth (qacwac) sending Lost Roof V4

This is me sticking the crux throw on Lost Roof V4 on the Lost Roof Boulder at Shades Crest Boulderfields in Birmingham, AL. The throw is made from an almost parallel position to the ground with both hands roughly where the right hand still is in the picture and the feet smearing on the face below the roof.
