What's the Rush?

Average Rating = 3.67/5 What's the Rush?

This is just a shot of the 125 foot line I had up a while back. Nothing special, just a good display of the length. I took the pic myself, and that's me mounting the line. Quite a fun workout on a ten second timer to race across the roof, drop to the crashpad on the porch, sprint across the lawn, and still have the composure to mount without dying. It took a lot of tries to get this.

Extended Anchor

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Extended Anchor

Here is another section of my extended 25' of webbing to reach my anchor (phone pole).

Just behind the black buckle, I have the webbing wrapped thru the pre-sewn "rap-Ring" and laced back towards the carabiner, and then to the buckle as a tightener. So I guess that is giving me a 2:1 ratio on that end.

Walk it off

Average Rating = 3.00/5 Walk it off

My ankle after being punished by the two caribiners tieing off my slackline after the anchor blew. It was a questionable anchor to begin with, so it came as no suprise when it blew after being tightened by five guys. Lucklily the lesson was learned just four feet off the ground.

Fat Slacker

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Fat Slacker

OK, here is me, still tryign to get my line tight enough for my 180 lbs to walk on it....this was about 8 feet from my solid tree anchor...

When I finally did get it tight enough to walk a littel bit, I would 'zing" right off. I need to figuer out a way to shorten the line to make it more walkable.

Hunter Slackin

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Hunter Slackin

OK, so I set up my line and it is a little too long and short fro my fat arse to walk, but my 3 YO who weighs in just over 40 lbs. loves to walk it.

Next summer, I am sure he will be wanting daddy to set it up more and play more.
