About Sri Kanteerava Stadium:
| It's free as of now. There are three usable faces to the wall, and it's been up since August 2003. The Indian National Climbing Championship for 2003 will be held here. The wall has focus lights too to allow for evening climbs, but there is a time limitation on regular days. (Closes usually before 9 PM) There have been many competitions organized here already, and climbers are getting more enthusiastic about climbing the more difficult routes. |

| Directions: | Kanteerava Stadium is in the heart of the city, opposite Mallya Hospital and St.Josephs Indian High School. Use the Kasturba Road entrance if you're coming from the City Corporation, or the Pallavi Theater entrance if you're on from the Richmond circle side. The wall has three usable faces: one face has a great texture and a nice roof for more experienced climbers. There are two speed climbing routes on another face, and the third face usually has two to three routes set. There are excellent climbers that use the wall everyday, and it's free (as of now). |
