About Bako National Park:

A beautiful park with spectacular rock formations along the coast line and beaches. The sand stone is rather soft especially after rain. Trad climbing is not advisable and bolting requires titanium bolts with very long shafts. Some toproping has been done by local ativist. However, bouldering is easy and fun.

Directions: Drive to Kampung Bako and follow the sighs. You need to hire a boat to get to the park headquaters.
