About Hospital Rocks:

Hospital rocks is located opposite the hospital in Nowra. it has easy access and the routes are easy to set top ropes on. This makes it a good beginners area but also has a few harder ones for other climbers too.
Approach: Park @ the Hospital and head to the river.
